Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. This is one of the safest and most secure ways to make payments over the internet. You will be redirected to the PayPal website during checkout. Please note: YOU DO NOT NEED TO CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE PAYPAL. Payments made through PayPal will be processed instantly. Further information is available at the PayPal website.

Shipping and Delivery
We use Australia Post to ship goods within Australia. All goods are sent via registered post at a standard cost of $7.50. Goods are generally delivered within 3 days although please allow up to 6 working days for remote areas.

International Orders:
Yes we do ship internationally! Shipping prices are as follows:

Please allow up to 12 working days for international shipping.

Exchange rates are calculated by PayPal at time of purchase at the current exchange rate plus 2.5%.

Returns
At Shagpile we take pride in our designs and quality of our products. It is important to us that you are entirely happy with your purchase. If on arrival the product does not meet your expectations please email us for returns/exchange authorization within 5 days from the date you received your purchase.

- Returns or exchanges made without prior authorization may not be processed.
- Original and return shipping charges are non refundable.
- Once authorization for return/exchange has been issued, we must receive the product being returned within 10 working days. We suggest that you return items using a secure shipping method as we take no responsibility for goods being lost or damaged during shipping. If we do not receive a return, we are unable refund.
- Items must be returned unused and in the same condition they were received.
- We will arrange a refund or store credit once goods have been received and checked.
- We are unable to exchange or provide refunds for custom orders.

General
We carefully hand select our materials and check them for quality. Due to the vintage and pre-loved nature of some fabrics there may be very small imperfections or minor sun damage visible on some fabrics. We ask that the delicate nature of some fabrics be taken into consideration when using your Shagpile bag. Try not to stretch or overfill your bag.
Please take care when washing your Shagpile bag. We recommend handwashing in warm water with a mild detergent although we take no responsibility for any damage caused by washing procedures.

Custom Orders
Seen a fabric you love but prefer a different style of bag?
We are happy to custom make a bag for you if the fabric you choose is still available. Please email us at info@shagpile.com.au with your enquiry. Include the name of the bag where you saw the fabric as well as the style you would like us to make it in. We will confirm the availability of stock within 24hrs.
There is a surcharge of 10% for custom made bags and unfortunately we are unable to exchange or provide a refund for these items.
Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery of custom orders.
